Self-control

A diabetic who knows the illness can realise, before anyone does, the alert symptoms and avoid, this way, complications.

If the ill person is responsible of his/her medication and treatment, he/she will be an independent person and he/she will be able to keep a normal life at home, at the workplace and in any exceptional situation, as for example travelling.

Self-care, that is, adoption by the diabetic of a healthy way of life, has got many benefits from the availability of instruments and techniques that allow the diabetic to know, whenever, the blood’s glucose level.

Thanks to diabetic education and the new techniques of control, keeping a good self-control becomes easier every day.
